Vehicle Returns
Return Eligibility
Timeframe: You can return your vehicle within 14 days of the delivery date.
Condition: The vehicle should be the same state, undamaged, with no unusual wear and tear and should have all its original documentation.
Return Process
Notify Us: Please email us at info@autoadvancedmotors.ltd or call us at +44 791 6614 508 so we can guide you through the return process.
Inspection: Please be informed that we will be sending an inspector to view the vehicle.
Return Authorization: Once approved, you will be given a Return Authorization Number (RAN) that must be with the return.
Returns
We offer refunds within 14 business days once we have collected and inspected the vehicle. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment
Non-Vehicle Returns
Returns Policy Eligibility
Timeframe: Non-vehicle item, accessory, and parts can be returned within 30 days from purchase.
Condition: Not used, opened, or taken out of original packaging.
Return Process
Notify Us: Please contact our customer service to initiate a return.
Return Shipping: Unless the item arrives defective/damaged, you will be responsible for return shipping.
Refunds
You will receive your refund within 14 business days from receipt of the returned item, in original condition, for non-vehicle items.
Exceptions
Special orders or custom orders may not be returnable. Please ask before buying if you have any questions.
